Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl and mix them together
Mix until it's smooth
Place the flour tortillas on a clean surface
Leave a small border around the edges of each tortilla and spread the cheese mixture evenly on top of them
Put the slices of smoked salmon on top of the cheese
Spread out the chopped red onion, fresh dill, and capers on top of the salmon
Add some lemon slices on top
Add pepper and a pinch of salt to taste
To make a wrap, fold the sides of each tortilla in and then roll them up tightly
To serve, cut each wrap in half across the middle
Cheesy Smoked Salmon Wraps are ready to eat right away
