Naked Chicken Burrito Bowl



This Naked Chicken Burrito Bowl is a healthy and flavorful alternative to traditional burritos. Packed with protein, fiber, and nutrients, it's a satisfying meal that's easy to customize with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

Olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed with diced chicken in a bowl

Put the chicken in a skillet over medium-low heat and cook it until it's fully cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes

Place cooked brown rice, black beans, corn kernels, diced tomatoes, and cooked chicken in a burrito bowl

Add chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, and a squeeze of lime juice on top

Put it all together and have fun!
