Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
Put breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Add the ground beef and mix it all together
Mix everything together well
Make meatballs out of the mixture that are about an inch across
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
After you add the meatballs, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are browned on all sides
In a different pot, cook the spaghetti until it is al dente, following the directions on the package
Remove the water and set it aside
Add marinara sauce to the pan where the meatballs are cooking
Turn the heat down to low and let it cook for 10 minutes
Put meatballs and marinara sauce on top of the spaghetti
Add grated Parmesan cheese as a garnish
