Vegan Vanilla Matcha Latte



A delicious vegan take on the traditional matcha latte that has vanilla added to it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave syrup

Instructions:

Use medium-low heat to warm the almond milk in a small saucepan, but do not boil it

Mix a little hot water with matcha powder in a cup and stir until you get a smooth paste

Mix the hot almond milk into the matcha paste with a whisk until everything is well mixed

Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix well

Have fun with your vanilla matcha latte!
