This Naked Chicken Burrito Bowl is a healthy and flavorful alternative to traditional burritos. Packed with protein, fiber, and nutrients, it's a satisfying meal that's easy to customize with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
Olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed with diced chicken in a bowl
Put the chicken in a skillet over medium-low heat and cook it until it's fully cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes
