Banana Cardamom Coconut Yoghurt Ice Cream



Indulge in the creamy goodness of this dairy-free banana cardamom coconut yogurt ice cream. It's a delightful blend of ripe bananas, coconut yogurt, and a hint of cardamom spice.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions:

Put the banana slices, coconut yogurt, maple syrup, and ground cardamom in a blender

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machine's instructions until it's the consistency of soft serve

The ice cream should be put in a container and frozen for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm
